Depth Yoga Course Retreat
The Depth Yoga Retreat is a residential integration of the prior learning and a deeper exploration of practice. Whereas some new learning will take place, there is also a chance to integrate and imbibe the richness of what you have learnt from the prior modules, before the course concludes in September.
This experience embeds practice and philosophy into the day to day lived experienced in a rich, inspiring, and beautiful natural environment. A rustic yet well appointed Greek island forms the backdrop. Visits to the rock waterfalls, beaches, and ruins of ritual spiritual sites augment the experiences of asana, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, and integration of the material you have learnt throughout the Spring Term modules, and invite greater depth of exploration before consolidating in the Autumn Term modules.
This unique closed retreat is unique in that it is open only to the Depth Yoga students who participate in the prior modules, enabling a sense of community and shared experience that is rare in the modern ways of practicing yoga.
Please note that this 5 day retreat is included as part of the Depth Yoga Course, and that a stand-alone Open Retreat is also available to add on at a separate rate, or can be taken on its own by application. Depth Yoga and this web site (c) Lisa Sanfilippo 2017-2018
