Greek 'paradise' Island
The Depth Yoga one week residential course is an integration of learning and a deeper exploration of practice. This experience embeds practice and philosophy into the day to day lived experience in a rich, inspiring, and beautiful natural environment.
A rustic yet well appointed Greek island forms the backdrop of the course. Visits to the rock waterfalls, beaches, and ruins of ritual spiritual sites augment the experiences of asana, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, and integration of the material you will learn throughout the week, and invite greater depth of exploration of practices and deeper inquiry of the Self.
